"Return took a bit longer than I thought"
The exchange ended up working out fine, but the return part was kinda slow tbh. Not a huge deal, just took longer than I was expecting.

"Pushy staff and a frustratingly slow checkout"
I stopped by the store and left annoyed. The staff kept pushing things on me, and I felt like I had to explain more than once that I wasn’t interested, which got old fast. On top of that, checkout took way longer than it should have, so the whole visit just felt rushed and frustrating.

"Ordering Online Was Such a Hassle"
I didn’t expect ordering online to be this frustrating. The checkout process was confusing, the updates came way too slowly, and the worst part was that there was basically no human contact at all. I kept wishing I could just talk to an actual person to figure out what was going on. Overall, it was more trouble than it was worth.

"The furniture itself was fine, no real complaints..."
The furniture itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the financing process was frustrating. The terms weren’t explained clearly, and I felt kind of rushed into choosing an option before I fully understood it. Once the payments started coming out higher than I expected, I had to call and escalate the issue just to get a clearer explanation. It still didn’t feel like everything was handled as smoothly as it should’ve been. Not the worst experience overall, but I’d definitely recommend reading every detail carefully before signing anything.

"Damaged dresser, still waiting on a fix"
The dresser showed up with a cracked side panel, and one of the drawers doesn’t line up right either. The delivery guys were nice, so uh, I don’t really blame them for it, but it was still frustrating to open it up and see damage right away.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I’m still waiting on the replacement part. The price was decent, but it’s just annoying having to deal with this before I can even really use it

The furniture itself was fine, but getting help from customer service was more frustrating than I expected. I had to reach out more than once just to get an update, and I really thought the response would be faster. Overall, the product was okay, but the slow replies made the experience less smooth

"Hard to complain about the price"
I wasn’t really expecting much, but I ended up finding a couch and table set for a lot less than I thought I’d have to spend. the quality is better than I figured it would be for the price. Delivery went smoothly enough, and there weren’t any surprise fees tacked on, which I appreciated. I guess I have to admit, it was a solid deal overall.

"Way more options than I expected"
I went on belfurniture.com just to look for a couch and ended up finding a bunch of dining sets I liked too. The selection was bigger than I expected, with plenty of different styles and prices. I didn’t have to dig around forever to find something that fit my taste, which was nice. Some of the extra searching I had planned felt unnecessary by the end.

"Order was actually right, imagine that"
I gave it 4 stars because my order from Bel Furniture showed up exactly like what I picked online. The color, size, and items were all correct, which apparently feels like a small miracle these days. Delivery was okay, not amazing, but nothing worth making a whole dramatic scene over. i was just happy I didn’t have to call anyone to fix a mix-up.

"Pretty solid couch!!!"
I’m happy with this couch!!! It feels sturdy and the quality seems really good overall!!! There was a small scratch when it arrived, which was a little annoying, but nothing too major!!! Still feels like a good buy!!!

"Easy to put together, honestly no surprises"
I ordered from Bel Furniture and was a little nervous about having to put it together, but it ended up being way easier than I expected.

Everything showed up in the boxes like it was supposed to, including all the screws and pieces. The instructions were clear too, though it did take a bit of time to figure out which parts matched up.

My husband and I finished it in one evening, it feels really sturdy now that it’s all set up. I’m really happy with how smoothly the whole assembly went.

"I was kind of shocked that the couch..."
I was kind of shocked that the couch I wanted on Bel Furniture said it was in stock and then actually was. That almost never happens, at least not with some of the other furniture sites I’ve tried. Ordering was simple, and I got updates faster than I expected, which was nice. I mean, it’s just buying a couch, not a life-changing event, but still, it made the whole thing way less annoying

"Got resolved, but the follow-up could’ve been better"
To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad outcome. But in my case, it took longer than I expected and I had to keep reaching out for updates, which got a bit frustrating. If you’re not in a rush, it might be fine, but I would’ve appreciated clearer communication along the way.

"Looks Nice, But I’m Honestly Disappointed"
I ordered a sofa from Bel Furniture, and while it looks perfectly fine in my living room, I’m disappointed with how it feels. The cushions are way too firm for my liking, and after sitting on it for a while, they start to feel kind of flat and uncomfortable.

The delivery went smoothly, so I don’t really have any complaints there. I just feel frustrated because a sofa is supposed to be something you actually enjoy relaxing on, and this one just doesn’t give me that cozy feeling. I really wish I had spent more time trying it out in the store before buying it.
